Manager Project Finance & Syndications

Our client seeks Managers and Analysts in Project Finance, Syndicated Lending and Structured Commercial Lending. The successful candidate will have from three to eight years experience with:-

- A proven track record with strong Credit Skills and ability to identify inherent Risks;

- successful experience of corporate finance and capital markets products in GCC region;

- the ability to process or participate in a transaction from Origination, Structuring to Syndication.

- a good transaction list;

- with the ability to work in a team and to draft Mandate Letters, Term Sheets, Information Memorandum, etc;

- strong record in debt advisory;

- solid Financial Modelling;

- the ability to participate and negotiate commercial/legal terms (including legal opinions) with legal counsel and syndicate members;

Key skills should provide experience in:

1.) Structured Finance activity - all of a vanilla flavour;

2.) Handling a large Syndications portfolio;

3.)Project Finance "later and down the road";

4.) Managing Remedial Assets.

Additionally:-

- successful candidates will be enthusiastic, hungry for business and have the ability to work without supervision and have entrepreneurial and problem solving skills

- Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the Gulf and/or Arabic speakers.
