HEAD OF TRADE OPERATIONS

You will manage a team of supervisors and through them up to 70 employees in central and regional Trade Operations Centers.

You will be responsible for all direction, coordination and evaluation of these centers, including training, development and performance of employees so that background operational activities run smoothly and efficiently for all bank branches. You must have the necessary management skills needed to improve staff effectiveness and resulting customer satisfaction whilst ensuring adherence to bank policies and procedures.

For this role you must have a degree level qualification in a banking related subject, at least 8 years experience, and have good abilities in report writing, correspondence and be comfortable and effective when speaking directly to both staff and customers.
